1. no solid food before 12 pm. if you’re really that hungry, then a smoothie or cup of yogurt should be good enough for you.
2. drink at least two cups of green tea a day. it clears your skin up and it’s a metabolism boost!
3. no simple carbohydrates or processed foods. this includes rice, bread, pasta, crackers, chips, and generally anything that makes you feel like crap afterward. and you don’t want to be feeling like that all day, do you?
4. weigh yourself day and night! no exceptions. this is especially important after a binge so you can see exactly what you did to yourself.
5. water, water, water. can’t stress how important this is. drink water before and after every meal, throughout the day, and before you go to bed. don’t let yourself become dehydrated!
